4/15/2022 Writing a review of Belinda is very easy. Because she is an outstanding, energetic and very dedicated professional realtor.
I chose the word easy because in the first week of our conversation she showed me that she was determined to take care of my best interests. This was the first time I have sold a home, so she spent a lot of time going through the process to ensure that I understood. She was very patient in answering many of the questions I asked. I was particularly impressed with the way she was able to keep informing me for every step in the sales process. Belinda impressed me with the willingness to work beyond the traditional role of a realtor. For example, the buyer decided at the last home inspection that he didn't need the items in the house or the pool furniture, that I had kept for their kids. When Belinda saw me carrying furniture to the curb, she took off her coat and helped me. When neighbors saw what we were doing, they came out to help us, and they said “We were surprised. I've never seen a realtor do such a thing”. That quote encapsulates Belinda’s work ethic.

Bought a Single Family home in 2020 in Springfield, NJ.
Belinda was great to work with during the whole process. We had been looking for a home for a while and she would help guide us to homes she felt would be a good fit for us and not just for the sake of getting us to buy a home for the sake of buying it.

About Belinda Caraballo
I grew up in New York City. I attended the University of Southern California, in Los Angeles where I received a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations/ Broadcasting. I worked for more than 23 years as a Field Producer, News Reporter and Talk Show Host at CBS, ABC and Black Entertainment Television. I also hosted a Public Affairs show on New Jersey’s Public Television Station, NJN. As a reporter and talk show host, I learned the importance of communicating accurately and honestly. I learned how to listen. I’m known for my respect for others and my patience.
These skills have helped me develop into the Realtor that I am today.
